L.I.R group took Third Ward Walking Tour on Saturday, Dec. 10, 2005 I took this group out for an off season walk through the Third Ward. They were a bunch of troopers to brave the cold. (It was too cold to check everyone's passport, so I let the veiled lady third from the left come along anyway!)
